I have mild giddiness all time.eeg reports are normal.blood test and urine test are also normal.so what is the reason behind my dizziness ??plz help

If this dizziness is for few days only then it may be vestibular neuronitis. Also presence of other symptoms r to be correlated like tinnitus, Hearing loss, nausea, fullness in ear, vomiting, aggravation of dizziness with position change & in any particular posture.
