Disturbed monthly cycles

My monthly cycles are usually disturbed.sometimes it's 10 to 15 days earlier and sometimes delayedand the period is shortened from 5 days to 3 days. Also my body dimensions and weight have increased even though I have field job. Please suggest where to consult.
