To begin with, let me put across to you the fact that there is nothing perfectly good or perfectly bad, even in thoughts. The good and bad are perceived as such based on the situations. So, please check out the relevance of your thoughts in terms of good and bad and understand that there is nothing greatly worrisome about those. Now about the preoccupation of your mind, mostly in the mornings, with bad thoughts. On this, I would like you to remind you of the old saying "idle mind is devil's workshop". Try to get engaged in some morning time activities like walking or some creative hobbies of your liking, if you are not doing it already. Get involved more into what is happening around you and with people who are connected to you. All these are likely to improve your condition. If you do not find much results out of these, get your physical health (like
thyroid function and sleep pattern) checked by your family physician and seek intervention if necessary. If you continue to be in the same state of overthinking even after all these, please consult a psychologist.
