What is the possible cause of continued dysgeusia in 74M s/p radical cystectomy c ileal conduit diversion 4 years ago? Pt with two years ureteral DJ stent, with quarterly replacement, secondary to HUN post PCN c antegrade stenting. History of klebsiella pneumoniae infection Rx cephelaxin. Also fluctuating azotemia.
