Distorted smell taste

I was prescribed to take flutiflo spray and montomer-L tablet for 15 days due to distoreted taste and smell after effect of covid which I had about 3 months back. For 8 days it worked but now from last 2 days even if I am taking these meds taste and smell has again started to distotr and feels like I am eating some chemical. Very annoying. How to re align the smell and raste back to the original form? I was smell training also duting this time
