My daughter starts crying while urinating occassionally. She is 1.5 months old. She also farts a lot. There is no sign of outer infection on genital. What could be the reason?

Babies may cry / strain while passing urine and stools . If crying while passing urine is occasionally and child otherwise fine , then nothing to worry . Passing lot of gas is just the air which is swallowed while feeding so nothing to worry about that either . 15 minutes of burping is advised after each feed irrespective of burps .
Next Steps
exclusive breastfeeding for 6 months of age .

Seems normal. Just relax. Watch for activities and fever or lazyness.

Crying just before passing urine and  comfortable while passing and immediately after is absolutely normal. Also intermittent colic is quite common after 2 weeks . Burp well after feed and  practise good latching while breast feeding to avoid swallowing the air

Babies at this age cry while passing urine and strain before passing stool. This is a normal phenomenon.
Next Steps
Nothing to worry if baby is gaining adequate weight and not vomiting
