Hello, My younger brother is having slight discomfort while bowl movement. but its not constant. While sitting also sometimes he feels slight inflammation while sitting. He is not having any discomfort while sitting or while doing any movement. sometimes his anus space is feels little hard when he feels the discomfort. this is happening from last 2 weeks. what can be done, to cure the issue and what can be the cause. he mostly avoids medication
