Discomfort in left arm and in chest

Have been having discomfort in left arm since 3 - 4 days. Taking Zeradol and Pregabid NT, it has shown a little improvement. But there is sometime a little discomfort in chest too. Attached it the ECG taken today. Request your suggestions on next step

ECG shows sinus tachycardia. Don't worry it's non cardiac pain.

ECG shows sinus tachycardia, rest is within normal limit. If the pain is localised not associated with sweating or chest discomfort and that pain is relieved with analgesics it mostly looks like musculoskeletal pain.
