I’ve been experiencing [describe the issue, e.g., swelling/discomfort in my clitoris area . The sensation feels uncomfortable and very sensitive and the urge to pee discharge seems normal  sensitivity also starts when I hold pee for long. Could you please help me understand what might be causing this and what treatment I should follow?"
