I'm having disc herniation on l5-s1 since 2011. Physiotherapy and Acupressure reduced the problem by 80%. Now it is not working anymore. I've visited a ceragem centre. Are those beds good? Do they have any side effects? Should I start taking ceragem therapy?

Dr.Yogesh here you have done all symptomatic treatments. your basic problem is due to lack of muscle power due to which you have lost the normal alignment of spine. it is suggested to do procedures such as kati basti, basti, Pindasweda and internal medicines. ceragem will give you temapaory result.
