Hello sir I'm A medical Student from odisha I was Buyied Eyeglasses of power -0.50 Yesterday from store I'm Fine with my vision everytime expect during class hours . I buyed this for only Class uses But i have a fear if i only use it during class hours.. Is results in increasing my eye number in further days Or i have to use it everytime to Stable my eye number. Please Advice Me for My Eyeglasses Use

These glasses are for constant wear. You should wear them all the time whether you are doing near work or for far off vision. Take balanced diet.
