All the problems cropping up suddenly including irregular heartbeat.During lockdown I have self medicated with some homeopathy medicine for uti. But in5days my bp became very low-heartbeat increased-pain in muscles and joints -head remaining always heavy - feeling too hungry all the time but bp became 59-60.

Pls consult a doctor in detail . Homeopathy is good for chronic illness but for bacterial proper antibiotic is needed . You have palpitaion and might be developing signs of infection
