Cholestrol levels and ALT is elevated and cbd dilated upto 9.5 mm. She also has a lot of gas problem along with bloating and belching. What could be the probable cause.

Hi , Dilated common bile duct with raised Alkaline phosphatase is suggestive of biliary obstruction probably a COMMON BILE DUCT stone or CHOLEDOCHAL CYST OR A PERIAMPULARY LESION. GET A GGT TEST DONE. GET A MRCP done to rule out biliary pathology. Feel free to ask any further quary.
