Sir my daughter is suffering from dysentery with forty stool and some time it greenish and sometime its have some reddish partical comes and breastfeeding every 3hrs I have given her Neopeptin with Zincolife and darrolac. Is it better for her please suggest me

Darolac and zincolife should continue.But dysentery is an indication for antibiotic.So consult online because antibiotics are required.Give ORS ad lib so that hydration is maintained.

If no history of fever,  passing urine and taking feed adequately ,don't worry and continue same .Is she complaining of pain during passing stool?

Need to know is there blood & mucus to say dysentery. Foul smell , pain while passing stools. Otherwise manage as it is with Oral rehydration solution for watery stools also. inform
