Digestive problem

Patient is on food pipe and in vegitative state. Can not respond and talk from last 1 year. Now whenever we are giving anything to her in feed , everything comes out as the sliva within hour. Can anyone help with this issue.

I can't come to a specific diagnosis with the history, but if she is vomiting in the form of saliva or if she's vomiting food, kindly give her an antacid and anti emetic if it isn't present already, but if the vomiting is constant and if she gets less responsive immediately take her to the hospital at the earliest.
