Hello there, You didn't mentioned your actual problem. If you're having any heart related problems then you must have to see a proper doctor for diagnosis and treatment. Don't take anything without doctor's prescription. Yes If you're looking for only nourishment you can take Vidaryadi leh, but only leh  will not nourish you, there are so many factors for proper nourishment. I.e. right food , life style, timings of food intake....etc.
