Hello Doctor,this is Aruna from Bangalore,  my child has previously administered zymino syrup for digestion once in a day at night. But zymino syrup is not available in Bangalore.So can I use Xymex syrup as alternate for zymino syrup for 2yrs baby? If yes, how much dose can I give to her per day? Please send the answer ASAP Thanking you. Regards, Aruna.
