Digestion and Constipation

1.For one year onwards when eat Chiken and Mutton used to get fever, tiredness, uneasiness and Constipation. 2.Many times (2 years) I'm  suffering with Improper digestion and proper bowel movements. 3.May be due to this problem I'm not able be active in every day Feels like Tired, Lazy, Sometimes Headaches. So what should I do for this problem please kindly help me out. Thanking you Sir/Madam.
