My mom is 45 and she had heavy periods after a break of 3 months and now she is facing many problems tiredness,headache,restlessness and dizziness

She is in her menopausal stage ,and would require supplements ,toners and reassurance to get past this phase of her life smoothly,u may get back for further advice on this if needed.
