Difficulty in urinating

Since 2 months i am feeling a lot of urgency for passing urine but small amount of urine only coming. For every 1 hour i am feeling the same but some time urine will not come at all. It's feeling bladder is full but passing is less. Feeling like some thing is obstructing the flow. Please help me
