My son is about to turn 4 in October buso y he is yet to start speaking properly. He had delay in achievement of all his milestone. He is a very sharp kid but speaking is only a problem. He tried to converse a lot but most of it is not clear. What should I consult. Can I get consultation online.

Did you get an audiometry test for his hearing ? Child Development is assessed in physical , mental , social& language fields . If it is not proportionate & is found lacking he must be assessed & trained. The assessment & training sessions can certainly be done online on video calls provided parents have good and prolonged internet connectivity
