I am 23 yr old boy.. I am facing problem in passing stool , stool is soft but urges are there but when I going to toylet very little amount comming out feel like its stuck inside (same in gas passing) .. also I am felling some itching/ burning like in anus(no pain while pooping) .. from few days little blood was seen with stool but now it is not there.. ( Done USG which is normal, visit gestroentrologist 2 times taking lactifiber, acotiamide, lactose and pan mps)

You can take Cefran OZ twice daily for five days. You can take Dygene syrup two tablespoons after food for five days. Don’t eat spicy food or chillies. Drink cold milk at bedtime. Drink plenty of fluids. Eat light vegetarian diet
