Difficulty in conceiving

Respected sir/madam, Am age is 27 and my partner age is 33. It's been 3 years am not getting conceived, 2 years back had one miscarriage. So I consulted doctor she suggested for test for both. My reports are normal and having regular periods. My husband gave semen for the test but laboratory doctor said sperms not found in semen so not given report and suggested to give again after 3 days. Am really worried ☹️ pls help me
