Difficulty in conceiving

I have irregular periods, been trying for 5-6 months to conceive naturally but unable to. What could be the real problem and how can I rectify it. I have normal thyroid and mostly reports are normal only irregular periods are there.

Firstly you should get ultrasound scan done to rule out pcod .your periods need to get regularised .you also need to get thoroughly evaluated which can be done by online consultation.
