She has Severe pain came from oesophagus origin, around the posterior to the tongue region, solid not taken only she take a liquids since 10 days , anaemic, deblitated body, please tell me what we prefer treatment? Which person we have to consult...?

Hello Madam,  As you have already mentioned that you have Anemia, there is a syndrome which typically involves the condition as you have mentioned.  It might be plummer Vinson syndrome, where in there will be iron deficiency anemia, difficulty in swallowing, oesophageal web, glossitis.  Intake of iron supplements is essential with mechanical widening of oesophagus. But to confirm the same a complete examination is required. Please visit your doctor. Do not delay

Hi...  Your description of the problem seems to indicate a pharyngeal inflammation/ infection. To confirm this, and to rule out other issues, I'd suggest you see an ENT surgeon, or a general physician. In the meantime, you may use frequent warm salt water gargles to help soothe the area and reduce the inflammation.
