Alkaline phospatase of my wife is 186 mg/dl. Please advise me what to be done

Hello ! Upto 147 is normal range for alkaline phosphatase.  Hence if your wife is asymptomatic then I would suggest you wait for two weeks and repeat the test from a reliable lab.
