Difficult breathing, cough and tighttumy
My newborn baby age is 4 weeks his birth weight is 2.9 kgs current weight is 3.7 kgs height 49 com he is suffering from nose block different breathing ribs showing when breathing and tight tummy gassy from the past few days when I visit doctor suggested nebulizer and cold and cough syrup and antibiotics syrups after using nebulizer for every 6 hours from the past few days he is some how recovering but not completely also vomiting little every every feed from last 3 days so I went to senior pediatric doc he prescribed phena kid syrup, tummy soft drops, econorm sachets, zincovit and deksel syrups are these good for my newborn and also how to know if my breastmilk is sufficient or not for my baby.

Breast feeding— sufficient symptoms n signs ::
Baby behavior
• Baby feeds actively and releases the breast on their own
• Appears calm, relaxed, or sleepy after feeds
• Cries less and seems content between feeds
✅ Urine & stools
• Wet diapers:
• Day 1: ≥1
• Day 2: ≥2
• Day 3: ≥3
• From Day 5 onward: 6–8 wet diapers/day
• Stools:
• Yellow, soft stools by day 4–5
• At least 3–4 stools/day in early weeks (may vary later)
✅ Weight gain
• Some weight loss in first 3–4 days is normal
• Regains birth weight by 10–14 days
• After that: ~20–30 g/day gain in the first 3 months
✅ Feeding pattern
• Feeds 8–12 times in 24 hours
• Audible swallowing during feeds
• Breasts feel softer after feeding

monitor the following signs:
Wet diapers: The baby should have at least 6-8 wet diapers per day.
Weight gain: The baby's weight should be consistently increasing (the current weight of 3.7 kg from a birth weight of 2.9 kg at 4 weeks seems to indicate good initial gain).
Feeding frequency: The baby typically feeds 8-12 times in 24 hours.
Stools: Stools should be soft and yellow by the end of the first week.
Baby's demeanor: The baby appears content and satisfied after feedings.

If child is gaining adequate weight, passing urine more than 6 times per day, then your breast milk is adequate. Accordingly to your description,it looks like your child has gained enough weight.
