Hi doctors please check image of my baby who is 20 months old . I took photo of middle ears of my baby . Problem is only itching. One side eardrum is blocked by hard wax as I see. In another ear white type semi liquid wax till very depth on sides of ear tubes. I have attached photos. Kindly see the picture. And suggest what will be procedure for wax out of both ears. Drops required if any .

No need to remove wax until there is some problem like hearing or pain etc. One ear where there is whitish discharge looks infected. U need to show the ear physically or through video then only can comment. Meanwhile don’t put any drops, oil etc in the baby’s ear.
