Hello...I was advised desonide lotion for my son's diaper rash...but desonate is available...is both desonide and desonate same

Ya same but don't use it long time more than a week If lesion seems subsiding then don't apply. Use a good diaper rash cream as Sebamed diaper rash cream / dermadew  diaper rash cream and continue for long
