I take Alfucin-D for easy in urinating but now I don't feel comfortable. Should operation requared or can be treated. If operation is required then can it be Laser operated.

Probably you have prostatic hypertrophy which is common in this age group. First line of management is medicines like alfusin D which you are taking. If still you have difficulty in passing urine, better to get yourself chekced and if needed TURP. Laser is also an option.
