Last week my father have angioplasty one sten placed in heart so need some suggestion for food and diet. my father age is 59 year old no heavy weight very active life style before sten dr said one sten also need.

Does he have any diabetes or BP issues ? Your diet plan is based on that. Avoid sugars and excess salt. Have high fiber content in diet. If you want a diet chart get it from a dietitian
