There is no specific diet restriction , but it is advisable to avoid foods that increase your calorie intake substantially. Taking foods that make you gain weight or fat may increase the risk of lipoma and increase the size of existing ones. There is no restriction on eating paneer or fish if you are doing it once in a while, but no restriction does not mean you can binge on these and similar food items. Take a balanced diet. Avoid alcohol at all costs if you take it. Additionally, if there are foods that are adviced by your doctor that you must not take then avoid those ( it also depends upon the homoeopathic medicine you are taking , some foods may antidote the medicine hence your doctor may have told you accordingly.) , if your doctor has not adviced against any food then you are free to eat what you wish but in judicial amounts. Also, if there is any food that makes you feel ill or aggravated in any manner , then please make sure you avoid that. Get well soon.
