I have Pcod , constant head pressure from past 3 years with balancing issues.Recently I have been diagnosed with skin TB infection on my nose..I am doing night shifts..how can I make balance b/w my diet n physical activity..What diet should I follow ? Can I continue my night shifts as well..?

avoid junk foods,carbohydrates like rice etc,avoid oily foods...add proteins and fibre rich foods to your diet with green tea,green leafy vegetables, fruits...do regular exercise at least 2 hours a day...take Medications as prescribed by your doctors and be in a regular fallow up with them... Consult dietitian for further information....
