Diet chart for diabetes and stone pat

My father is 55yrs old diabetics patient, one year back only he went through kidney stone operation, doctor suggested him not to take protein diet because of high protein. Now I'm not able to find out what food I can give to my father , he is vegetarian,non alcoholic,diabetes and stone patient.

Low protien diet means less nonveg and less pulses in diet. Low salt diet is advisable.  Above are for stone diet.
