Diet after operation
Underwent an surgery for obstructive jaundice (cholecystolithiasis)where the stone was stuck in bile duct & also gall bladder was removed.
Also Anathesis given was grade 3 or 4. plz let me know wht would be the diet to be followed post operation.She is stable but has been vomiting the food taken & has become weak&thin.
Hi Thanks for your query. I would recommend very low fat diet not more than 10ml/ g per day. For weakness u can add some supplement can chek in Abbott Nutrition with a local good guidance & supervision of Clinical Dietitian.
