2022-03-12 05:52:30
Hello I'm 21F I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism in 2018. Since then I've been on Thyronorm 50. I'm also a medical student. Recently, I've studied that hypothyroidism causes diastolic dysfunction and since then i can't sleep. I'm scared my heart will fail due to hypothyroidism. I'm only 21. Please help. This is giving me terrible anxiety. I'm having a mental breakdown. Here is my recent thyroid profile.

Please do not just randomly google anything about your disease, it will you stress only ! Hypothyroidism is associated with many things per se but if your thyroid profile is in control many things can be prevented. So stop worrying just take a good healthy diet , go for a walk 30 mins per day regularly !
