Hello doctor , I am having diarrhea since 2year , I have done CBC Sonography of abdomen Colonoscopy of full abdomen. My gastroenterologist is saying I have deficiency of vitB12 that why I am having diarrhea. After taking several medicines not curable. Is this tuberculosis, I want a good doctor who can cure me completely. Please suggest.
