Colonoscooy n endoscopy is for anemia or dirrahea plz say is it compulsory to do that ?.. Are there any other option for treatment plz respond ASAP

Colonoscopy and Upper GI endoscopy are useful for diagnosing upper GI or lower GI bleeding and colonoscopy is useful in diagnosing chronic diarrhoea or diarrhoea which is not responding to treatment . The indication to do endoscopy or colonoscopy varies from patient to patient depending upon the symptoms
