I have been having what I thought was really bad cases of diarrhea it's got so bad now that I'm going whilst I'm asleep. I have really bad flatulence and really foul smelling which can occur every 10-20 seconds at it's worst. I am diabetic and take lantus and I have been having these problems on and off for 3-4 years
