Have you had any unprotected sex in the past? That would be a sign of HIV positive. Yeah you can be me no compromise due to some other cause like cancer. I would advise you to get an HIV test done. Take tablet Gutwin 400mg 1 tab daily for 5 days. Take whey protein mixed with milk everyday.
