Diaper rash with discoloration

Hi, my baby is 2 months old and has developed diaper rash. I have been using sebamed rash cream and coconut oil for the same. Looks like it's not subsiding, also the area has some discoloration (white patch) . Pls advise

Looks like fungal infection. Apply candid ointment and keep the area clean and dry
