My baby has severe red rashes on her bum from past 4 days which is not going away with the normal diaper rash cream(Himalaya).need help...

Common childhood problem. Get good absorbent quality diapers. Apply HH fudic cream for 5 days.  Apply clotrimazole absorbent powder. Don't ever wipe the bottom. Gently rinse the bottom &dab it dry. Regards
