My son who is 6 yrs old got diagonised as having -0.25 eye sight. Does he need to wear spectacles? Is it possible to cure by taking any medicine/food?

Hello A.  This is very small power... He can avoid using this B.  There is no medicine or exercise to get rid of glasses
