Diagnostic tests at Birth
Which all diagnostic tests shall be conducted for a new born baby?
My daughter is 5 days old and was born with 2.25 kgs in 39th week of pregnancy.
She is an IUGR case.
Any sort of Eye test or hearing test or any other tests are conducted for new born babies?
Our pediatrician didn't conduct any such test on birth (atleast, in front of us).
Please guide.

But many Pediatrician are recommending it

Thyroid function test
Phenylketonuria
Galactosemia
Sickle cell anemia
Thalasemmia
S. Bilirubin
Some test for other genetic disease and inborn error of metabolism
Many lab are offering some set of screening
