Diagnostic tests after 1st covid vaccine

Hi, I got vaccinated(1st dose) 12days ago can I get diagnostic tests( CBC, Lipid, LFT,TSH  and vitaminB12 and D) done? I need to get those test for acne. Will the results be accurate? I was told that I have to wait at least a month before I get any diagnostic tests. I am not sure how true this is.
