Diagnosed with Seasonal Rhinitis

Nasal Endoscopy was done a few years back and it was diagnosed as seasonal rhinitis by ENT specialist. (Slight DNS as well) During weather change like from winter to summer or vice versa I get a lot of sneezing and sinus headaches. Remember sneezing 9 times in a row with heavy phelgm. Usually I take citrazine during the sneezing attacks and it helps but am concerned about long term use of antihistamine. Can you please suggest general management of this issue? (Requesting not to request consultation as I just need to know general management for this condition. Appreciate your valuable insights, Thank you

would rather not suggest using cetrizine for that long..a proper history will be required to evaluate you properly.
