Diagnosed with IgA nepropathy

Recently done with biopsy through that we got to know that am having IgA nepropathy where my creatinine level is 1.62 and 24hrs urine protein is 1gm and my bp is normal with medication and am not taking meat and other high protein foods and salt intake also very less. Pls suggest me with this disease
