Hi, I am 34 year Male , suffering from Antral Gastritis as Per endoscopy, I have been going under medication but nothing has improved a lot as I still have lots of gas issue, Burping a lot plus burning sensation in my stomach with if eat something from outside it creates sour in my mouth which is affecting my daily life also has is causing back pain pain left shoulder pain unable to pass gas sometimes.. What should I do is it serious? please help me
