2 years back , acute rhinosinitis: FESS for removal of polyps. Took 1week steriods and spray for 1 month 6 months later , fever that increases even after antibiotic s upto 103 f and after 20 days admitted to hospital for bhroncoscopy Still fever did not drop much . Stay there for 13 days. On 11day in hospital voricanazole was given and fever dropped There after on steriods and anti fungal course for 3-4 months and then gap of 3 months . Again the course is repeated, now taking treatment
