top most : 2/3rd plate vegetables, 1/3 rd plate proteins , 1/3 rd plate starch
has i above mentioned keep balanced food all three times
may be in breakfast size of plate may reduce but balance should be has mentioned
Avoid : High starchy + sugary vegetables like potatoes, beet roots
try to eat lot of low Glycemic index food
Fruits : Avoid mangoes , grapes, sapota, seeta pal, jack fruit
eat citrus or papaya or apple one serving per day, atleast 2 hour gaps after having food ( should not take with or immediately after food)
